Chilanga Riding School for the Disabled is a non-profit organisation (023-171-NPO), which offers horse riding as a proven means of therapy to improve the quality of life for mentally and physically disabled children from disadvantaged homes. The many documented long term benefits that the disabled gain from horse riding include improved motor development, enhanced concentration and reduced hyperactivity, decreased mental rigidity and language development.
Chilanga’s dream is to build an Equestrian centre so that the disabled riders are able to ride all year round.
