Handcycle Racing and touring information

After a hard and sustained training effort over the past 6 weeks, I with thanks to Triathlon SA, @huub South-Africa, my mom, my work colleaugues, and extra special friend, I finally participated at World Triathlon championships in London on Friday 13 at 16:30. The race was hard but good. Considering my training load I am very happy with my 4th place I achieved.
